You may not know this condominium complex if you don't live near by. When you think of condominium in Oakland, most of them are located in close to water front, or near BART stations -----> busy, and commercial area! They are great, of course.
But I know some like quieter, picturesque area where they can decompress. The Parkwoods condo is for these people!
It's close to Rockridge BART station but you still need to drive or at least bike ride. If you are going to the City, there is commuter bus in front of the condo. Highway 24/13 is right there. Yet, it seems quiet. The association offers a nice sized pool, spa, sauna, & exercise room. You can stroll or take a walk with your doggies, too.
The one bedroom I am listing here is priced at $479,000. It's priced to sell. The unit hasn't been updated. You may want to remodel the kitchen and bathroom for your own taste. But they are usable as they are.
