Though no one can predict the future of the market, it is certain that the current market is still strong and there are serious buyers out there.
The inventory is super low compared to that of last April. The value of real estate in East Bay is nicely appreciated. It's 7% higher than last April. Buyers looking to purchase right now are ready to &/or must move! Though getting loans may be a bit stricter than before, current interest rates are hard to beat!
